2021 - Current
One & Aum (meaning One & All in Sandscript) is a non-tightwear yoga and lifestyle apparel brand. Offering unique comfortable yoga and meditation wear made from Organic Cotton and Ethically produced. Created by Victoria Beddi and yoga instructor/ business women Kim Bingham we hope to offer an alternative all day comfortable wear to help you feel and look good on and off the matt. A small range of core pieces to suit all body types.
Design Director & Co-Founder
Victoria is responsible for all of the design and product development of all One & Aum apparel and accessorises. Critical path management, costings, fabric and factory sourcing. Detailed tech pack creation and all fittings. Also creative direction of photoshoots. One & Aum is a passion of Victoria & Kims, born from their love of design and yoga. Creating a brand from the heart for true Yogis.
Ghanda
2021 - 2022
Freelance Designer & Product Developer.
Working closely with the design and product managers in an extremely busy growth period, helping with the design and product development of Ghanda’s Apparel ranges, Swimwear, Accessories and Girlswear. Developing final art sheets for print manufacturing, Tech Packs and leading Fit meetings.
Victoria took the initiative to set up a fabric library for Ghanda for easy reference for the product team. Also creating Ghanda’s first ever graded block system for womenswear and a more detailed tech pack, which has been rolled out to all of their suppliers for improved product development and production.
Peachymama 2019 - March 2021
Design & Development Manager
Responsible for the design and development of all Products under the Peachymama Brand. Creating market leading innovative Postpartum Nursing wear. Heading up the design, product and marketing team under the CEO. Victoria’s first range for Peachymama saw an increase of year on year sales of over 200%. creating major growth of the brand and opened doors to international markets.
Focusing on flexible working arrangements for mothers returning to work and creating an enjoyable, supportive working environment. Implementing Peachmama’s first critical path and production schedule for improved working and supplier relationships. Victor also worked on all Yardage development and headed up seasonal photoshoots from creative concept through to directing and styling.

2015 - 2019
Design Manager Women’s Intimates and Footwear
Victoria started her career at Target as the Girls 7-16 designer. Working collaboratively with the buyer and merchandiser they achieving success in their first year by increasing sales, market share and an overall increase of BI of over 2M in the second year. Often travelling on overseas buying trips and sourcing trips to China and Bangladesh for sourcing and improving supplier relationships.
After success in the Girls 7-16 role Victoria took on the role of Design Manager of Women’s Intimates and footwear, where she inspired and supported a large design team. Leading trend research and presentations to the buying office delivering the company vision and direction working directly under the Head of Design.

Bardot Junior
2014 - 2015
Senior Designer Girlswear
Working under the Owner of Bardot Victoria was responsible for all of the design of Bardot Junior’s Gilrswear and Accessories. From Trend direction to Photoshoot Styling.
Victoria introduced Bardot Juniors’ first ever Swimwear and Activewear ranges. Working cohesively with the womens’ design team to ensure synergy across all Bardot Ranges.
IN PRIVATE NYC
2013 - 2014
In 2013 Victoria moved to New York to take a role as Design Director for In Private NYC, who are a Swimwear Design house and manufacuture, designing and producing exclusive swimwear ranges for Target USA, Kholes and Converse. Heading up the design team to create monthly ranges for all accounts for the In Private company. Focusing on the latest trends and design innovation for the USA swimwear market. Achieving huge growth in her first year and bringing in Target USA Kidswear account. Responisible for all fabric and trim sourcing, technical fittings and presentation of all ranges to senior buyers and leadership teams.

2011 - 2013
Senior Swimwear & Activewear Designer
Responsible for the design of Ripcurl most profitable department, Women’s Swimwear. Working collaboratively with the graphic and product development teams to create brand focused innovative ranges of swimwear and surfwear.
Achieving growth in sales for the Women’s swimwear department and successfully introducing Ripcurl first ever activewear apparel ranges. Working closely with Ripcurl American and European design team to deliver Global ranges.
Bond-Eye
2007 - 2011
Swimwear Designer
In 2009 Victoria was recruited from the United Kingdom by Sydney based swimwear label Bond-Eye, working directly under the creative director to design and develop all of Bond-Eye swimwear and beach accessories. Developing sample ranges and presenting to Swimwear Boutiques and Surf Stores across Australia and New Zealand.
Using her technical swimwear knowledge, Victoria developed Bond-Eye’s popular shape enhancing swimwear ranges and introduced the Bond-eye Junior Swimwear range.
Next Plc. 2005 - 2007
Swim & Sleepwear Senior Designer
Working collaboratively with the buyer and merchandiser to create successful Women’s Swimwear and Sleepwear ranges for one of the UK’s leading retailers. Responsible for all product design and developement, fittings and monthly range presentations to the leadership team. Victoria’s swimwear designs were featured in Vogue UK and often used for summer campaigns on billboards across the UK and National TV commercials. Victoria was also chosen to work at the Next sourcing office in Hong Kong for 3 months, working closely with the Merchandising team and manufactures to improve communication, production and to source latest fabrics and techniques in swimwear manufacturing.
